In view of sufficient explanation for the absence of the appellant on the relevant date having been made out in the application, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated July 7, 2025 whereby FMA 1080 of 2025 was dismissed for default, and restoring the said appeal to its original file and number.
