The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact the he happens to be an Assistant Headmaster of a School and has not been allowed to enter into the said school premises at behest of some miscreants.
Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which incorporates that there was information to the School concerned from the Board, as such, the
petitioner was not allowed. The report also depicts that so far as some of the communications which were made to the police authorities are concerned have been denied having been received by the police authorities.
Learned advocate for respondent no.3 hands over a communication which reflects that the present petitioner namely, Rabi Sarkar was suspended on or about 19.06.2025.
Learned advocate for respondent no.11 submits that respondent no.11 has hardly any role to play.
Be that as it may, since there is a dispute between the Board and the present petitioner, it would be for the petitioner, in changed factual circumstances, to take appropriate steps before appropriate forum having jurisdiction, the police authorities have
hardly any role until and unless they are directed by an appropriate authorities.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14536 of 2025 is disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
Report submitted by the State and the Documents submitted by the Board be kept with the record.
Information submitted by respondent no.11 be also kept with the record.
