Shampa Mondal, the Pradhan of Charabidya Gram Panchayat is present in Court. An affidavit of compliance has been filed. Unqualified apology has been tendered. The Court accepts the unqualified apology and dispenses with the personal appearance.

Upon perusing the document mentioned in the affidavit of compliance, the Court is satisfied that the alleged contemnor no.1 has complied with the order dated December 8, 2021. The findings of the panchayat authorities have been forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Canning Sub-Division for necessary action as per Section 23(5) of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973. Nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application. The SubDivisional Officer shall proceed in accordance with law on the basis of the order passed by the Court.

The contempt application is disposed of.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
