Learned advocate for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the medical document of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is bed-ridden. He submits that all other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and draws the attention of this Court to the injury report and the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C. The medical reports annexed to the petition are after lodging of the FIR.

Considering the nature of injury and considering the statement recorded in the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
