CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION C.O. 2103 of 2024 Sri Palash Bhaduri -Vs- Smt. Roshni Bose Bhaduhri Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya, Mr. Sounak Mandal ..for the petitioner.

The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with.

The petitioner has initiated a proceeding under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 being Act VIII Case No. 79 of 2021 pending before the 15th Court of the learned Additional District Judge at Alipore, District : 24-Parganas (South). The petitioner is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the pending interlocutory applications filed by the parties in the said proceeding.

In view of the nature of the proceedings, those applications are required to be disposed of expeditiously. The learned Trial Judge therefore is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the said interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 2103 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
