The subject matter of challenge in this proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in M.P. Case no.949 of 2021 wherein the Learned Executive Magistrate, Canning, Sub-Division by an order dated 24/8/2021 was pleased to pass an order directing that the petitioners' possession in the land should not be disturbed. Having regard to the nature of the provisions incorporated under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the period for which such order can exist, I am of the view that the present revisional application become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 1930 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
