The petitioner prays for providing him with his provisional certificate of B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science course for his higher study immediately. It has been submitted by the university that if the petitioner approaches the Registrar of the university, the university shall make an endeavour to handover the provisional certificate in course of this day. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an appreciation for the extraordinary initiative taken by the university to subserve the interest of the student. WPA 14567 of 2023 is disposed of.
