Mr. Mohinoor Rahaman Ms. Maria Rahaman Ms. Iqra Rahaman ...for the petitioner Mr. Amitesh Banerjee Mr. Tarak Karan Mr. Suddhadev Adak ...for the State Compliance report filed on behalf of the State is taken ssi Ct 14 on record.

Three of the four respondents could be served with notice.

Report filed on behalf of the State is also taken on record.

Copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The private respondents are the son, the daughter in law and the relatives of the daughter in law of the petitioner. The private respondents are trying to grab of brick field that belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner has to run his family from this brick field business and has to take care of his wife and his deaf and dumb daughter. The

illegal activities of the private respondents were brought to the notice of the police authorities, but no steps were taken. Learned counsel for the State relies on the report and submits as follows. There is a family dispute over a brickfield. Initially the son was managing the bulk of the brickfield business. When he fell ill, the father purportedly took control. Now the son wants the control back. There is hardly any question of police intervention unless it leads to a law and order problem.

It appears that there is a family dispute over the control of a brickfield. If any of the parties want to establish any further right in respect of the same, they have to establish it before an appropriate forum.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

However, the police authorities shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
