It appears from the copies of order sheets of Domestic Violence Case no. 16/2020 that grant of interim maintenance to the petitioner is being considered by the learned trial Court for a considerable period of time.

Learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner seeking interim relief within two months from the next date of hearing fixed before the learned trial Court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law C.R.R. 2376 of 2024 is disposed of.
