Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the statements of local eyewitnesses and the injury report showing injury that required ten stitches, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
