Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. There were telephonic conversations between the petitioner and co-accused. Personal articles of the deceased were recovered from his residence.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had motive to commit the crime. After the occurrence personal documents of the deceased were recovered from his residence.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
