The petitioner's grievance is that though she was a successful candidate in TET 2014, she was intimated that she would be called for the teachers recruitment process of 2022 by SMS and email. However, the petitioner submits that she has not received any SMS or email and therefor she has missed the interview. Learned advocate for the Board has submitted that such candidates who have missed the interview, have been allowed to participate in the interview and aptitude test.

Therefore, I direct the Board to make arrangement for taking interview and the aptitude test of the petitioner as it is very unfortunate that for some purpose or other she did not receive any SMS or email and for this she should not be deprived of the opportunity.

Such interview and aptitude test should be taken within a period of three weeks and this time the petitioner should be intimated verbally from the office of the Board with supporting letter and the petitioner is directed to meet the Deputy Secretary for this purpose on 27/28.06.2023 within the office hours.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of. The allegations made against the Board in the writ application are deemed to have been denied as no affidavit in opposition has been called for.
