The grievance of the writ petitioner in all the matters is that, despite having applied for electric connections to three of the petitioner's flats, the distribution company has not yet given such connection.

Learned counsel appearing for the distribution company submits that initially the promoter had applied for electric connection for being given to several flats in the apartment where the petitioner's flats are located and thereafter sought for an additional supply to further flats, which requires the installation of another transformer at the premises.

It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the distribution company that the promoter has recently cleared all dues in that regard.

Accordingly, WPA 15442 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to ensure that an inspection of the premises for the purpose of installation of the additional transformer is held within a week from date.

The said respondents shall, within three weeks thereafter, subject to satisfaction of all legal formalities, give the new connection to the apartment in-question, which will also enable the petitioner to have electric supply at her flats.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
