Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the statements of the local witnesses and the injured, the injury report which showed inflicting of injuries at vital parts of the body like head and the fact that the petitioners came in a group, assaulted and severely injured at least three victims, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
