Having regard to the manner in which the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been invoked, I am of the view that if the petitioner intends to establish his right over the child, in that case, he would approach the statutory Court under the appropriate provisions of law.

appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered that effective alternative remedy is available, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced in this writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14591 of 2025 is dismissed.
