The writ petitioner claims that Durgachak Police Station is harassing him.

The O. C., Durgachak Police Station has filed a report dated 16.01.2023 and the same is taken on record. It appears that the petitioner was wanted as a witness in connection with Durgachak Police Station Case No. 110 of 2021 dated 22.08.2021 under Sections 407/120B of the IPC.

The writ petitioner may co-operate and participate in the investigation. Notice under Section 160 of the Cr. P. C. has been issued to the petitioner. The writ petitioner shall meet the I. O. on 09.02.2023 at 2.00 p.m. at the Durgachak Police Station.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
