1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was last rejected vide order dated 11th of April, 2025, passed in CRM (DB) 957 of 2025. His earlier bail prayers were also rejected.

2. The grievance of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the trial is no progressing.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that only two witnesses are left to be examined and the next date fixed before the learned Trial Court is 15th of July, 2025.

4. The State is directed to produce both the witnesses on 15th of July, 2025. The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the testimony of the prosecution witnesses on 15th of July, 2025 or on the next date fixed by the Court.

5. The Court finds that there is no change of circumstances entitling the petitioner to be admitted to bail.

6. The application being CRM(M)/899/2025 is accordingly dismissed.
