3. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 22.05.2025, a report is submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station, which is handed over by the learned advocate for the State during hearing.
4. The said report indicates that the appellants/convicts had already released after serving out the sentence as passed by the learned Trial Court in the impugned judgment and order of conviction.
5. As the appellants had already served out the sentence, the instant appeal becomes infructuous.
6. The report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station, is taken on record.
7. Thus, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed affirming the impugned judgment and order of
conviction passed by the learned Trial Court dated 21.03.2016 and 22.03.2016.
8. Let a copy of this order along with TCR be sent down to the learned Trial Court immediately.
