The order being an order rejecting the plaint of the suit under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure is appealable, the revisional application therefore is not maintainable, C.O. 2106 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.

Liberty however is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof. It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner from assailing the said order impugned before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
