Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the petitioner and the private respondents being brothers are having an inimical relationship.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been continuously tortured by the private respondent no.6 and in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a dispute over property, particularly with regard to the issue relating to partition. The police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126/135 of the BNSS. Having regard to the fact that both the parties are at loggerheads, Police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure no untoward incident results

because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14576 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
