No. 1465 dated 27.10.2020, which compelled the petitioner to file the G.R. Case No. 4955 of 2021.

It appears from the records, that the petitioner has already filed M.P. Case No.382 of 2010, before the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat under Sections 156(3) of the Cr. P.C.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner may pursue his remedies under the aforesaid application.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
