An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 20th June, 2024. In the second paragraph of the said order maintenance case being 57 of 2017 be read as maintenance case being 56 of 2017.

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 20th June, 2024.
