Petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee Mr. Debapriya Majumder ... for the petitioner , <, ,, Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, I do not find any merit in the instant revision.

However, the petitioner is directed to deposit the entire arrear amount of interim maintenance before the trial Court within three weeks from the date of this order and till date, execution of warrant of arrest be suspended.

If the petitioner fails to pay/deposit the arrear amount towards interim maintenance allowance, the warrant of arrest will automatically revive and the concerned authority is entitled to execute the warrant of arrest.

With the above direction, the revisional application is disposed of.
