The revisional application has been preferred challenging an order dated 15.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Bichar Bhawan, at Calcutta in connection with ML Case No. 12 of 2024 thereby taking cognizance of the complaint filed under Section 44 read with Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 for the commission of offence as defined under Section 3 read with Section 70, punishable under Section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate appearing virtually that the order dated 15th February, 2025, which has been challenged in the present case

has already been set aside by an order passed by the High Court in CRR 2072 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order of the High Court was in respect of the petitioner therein and not in respect of the petitioner in the present case. 4.

In the order passed in CRR 2072 of 2025, it has been noted by the High Court that as no pre-cognizance opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner therein, the order was being set aside.

Learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate submits that vide order no. 39 dated 14.08.2025, the learned Chief Judge has issued notice for pre-cognizance hearing to all the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

The revisional application is thus disposed of as "infructuous". 8.
