Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.). He submits that, the victim is yet to be recovered.

The police case is of 2019.

The allegations are serious. The materials in the case diary squarely implicate the petitioner.

The victim is yet to be recovered.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3307 of 2022 is dismissed.
