By the instant revisional application which has been preferred by the petitioner against the order no.1 dated June 13, 2022, in Criminal Appeal No.10 of 2022, arising out of Misc. Case No.297 of 2020, under Sections 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Purba Bardhaman, as follow:- "

Having considered the submission of the learned advocate and the circumstances, let all further proceeding of the order dated 12.05.2022, as passed in Misc. Case No.297 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Burdwan, be stayed subject to go on making payment of Rs.3,000/- per month, starting from this month and i/d of making payment of such amount, the stay order shall be vacated automatically. Such amount of Rs.3,000/-shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent no.1 within the 10th day of each succeeding month according to English Calendar."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits a copy of the final order of the appellate court from which it appears that the appellate court has disposed of the criminal appeal being No.10 of 2002, on 19th September, 2023.

In view of the said final order, the present revision has now become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. All applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for necessary compliance.
