... for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioners. This matter is pending in the list since 21.04.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing for the petitioners. The petitioners are found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Order dated 28.03.2016 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Ghatal in G.R. Case No. 293 of 2006 is under challenge in this case. The petitioners have prayed for further investigation in the matter, which prayer was declined by the Magistrate in the impugned order as mentioned above. The case was relating to Chaudrakona Police Station Case No. 78 of 2006 dated 15.09.2006.

According to the petitioners, the impugned order suffers from non-consideration of relevant facts as well as the settled law governing the field. They have prayed for setting aside of the impugned order. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 2091 of 2016 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
