The victim girl has been notified of this bail application. A copy of the notice as filed by learned Advocate for the State be kept with the records.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not named in the FIR. His name transpired after submission of charge-sheet. However, he is the Manager of the hotel which is on rent. He is in custody for 107 days. He prays for bail on any condition as this Court may decide.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State has raised strong objection to the bail prayer. According to her, there are sufficient incriminating material against the present petitioner. She has drawn the attention of this Court to the statements of Signed By :

three witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, who are minors.

After considering the material on record and the case diary we find that there are sufficient incriminating evidence against the present petitioner.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

Therefore, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application being CRM (DB) 1842 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
