We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of the witnesses show petitioner assaulted the victim who suffered number of injuries and as a result died. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
