1. Considering the statement of the de-facto complainant recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and the statement of her minor son recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
