In Re : An application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Mallick, leraned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24-03-2022 wherein the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court - II, Howrah observed that the appeal being no. 49 of 2019 has not been admitted as there has been non-compliance in respect of the payment of 25% of the compensation amount which was earlier directed by the learned appellate court. So far as the amount of 25% is concerned, as was earlier directed by the learned appellate court, I direct that in case such an amount is not deposited within a period of six weeks from date, the learned appellate court would direct the learned trial court to issue warrant of arrest for execution of the sentence. However, the appellate court will not grant bail to the appellant and hear out the appeal on merits. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2388 of 2022 is disposed of.
