Petitioner complains a dispute relating to property and to that effect inform the Officer-in-Charge, Haripal Police Station.

Police authorities have found that a long standing dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. To that effect police authorities have already registered a case being Haripal PS case no. 404/25. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the respondents have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case as there is a dispute relating to property already existing between the parties.

Having considered that steps have been taken by the police authorities, petitioner would be at liberty to address further grievance before the jurisdictional Court. Police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14590 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
