Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta ... for the de facto complainant.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that on any stringent condition they are ready and willing to be released on bail.

Mr.

Gupta, learned advocate for the de facto complainant has elaborately explained the conduct of the accused persons.

Mr. Datta, learned advocate for the State has also produced the case diary and deprecated the conduct of the accused persons. Last opportunity is granted to the accused persons to behave and conduct themselves properly. Petitioners namely Dilip Das @ Santu and Tapan Mitra are released on bail subject to furnishing bond of `10,000/-

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local.

In this particular case, the accused namely Dilip Das @ Santu, as local surety he would submit the title deed of a property in his own name or in the name of his relatives. So far as the accused namely Tapan Mitra is concerned, he will also submit the title deed of a property which is either in his own name or in the name of his relatives.

The accused persons would be released subject to submission of such title deeds of properties to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. If on bail, the petitioners would attend Howrah Police Station once in a week.

A report regarding their conduct will be prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge of Howrah Police Station and submitted before the learned trial court once in a month. Accordingly, CRM(SB) 119 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be immediately made available to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
