sg Ct. 6 [ Mr. Emon Bhattacharya Mr. Subhankar Dutta ...for the petitioners Ms. Aparajita Rao Ms. Nabanita Dutta ...for the UCO Bank Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, in his usual fairness, submits that this civil revisional application was filed at a point of time when the Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I at Kolkata was not available. He prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Bank submits that though the Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I at Kolkata was not available but the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Cuttack was given charge of the DRT-I at Kolkata.

However, since the Presiding Officer of DRT-I is now available, leave is given to the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition.

According, this civil revisional application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
