Petitioner complains that the private respondents 25.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.60 Rakib are trying to capture the land of the petitioner and when being resisted she is being subjected to threat, for which she is feeling insecured. To that effect information was furnished but no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Sandeshkhali PS case no. 282/25 dated 28.06.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Since a case has been registered, police authorities would ensure the protection of the petitioner. If the petitioner has further grievance, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the issue. With the aforesaid observations WPA 14586 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
