The reasons so assigned in the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 for condonation of delay are found to be just and sufficient. The delay as prayed for is condoned. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is allowed pursuant to service effected by the petitioner upon the private opposite party.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to refusal of return of documents which were inadvertently placed by the complainant before the learned magistrate. I have considered the contentions of both the parties and I am of the view that the learned magistrate would return the

original documents after the same is replaced by photostat copies.

No further order is required to be passed as hardly there is any relevance on the merits of the question. Learned magistrate would proceed in accordance with law so far as merits of the case is concerned. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2390 of 2022 is disposed of.
