No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that injunction application has already been posted for hearing before the court below, on 8th September, 2022.

That being the position, the revisional application be disposed of directing the court below vide Title Suit No.83 of 2017, of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, to ensure

expeditious disposal of the injunction application, either on the date so scheduled by the court below, or if for any reasons whatsoever, the same could be taken up, the injunction application may be disposed of within six (06) weeks thereafter, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.
