Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of Court to the contents in the case diary. In answer to a query learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the examination-in-chief of the victim girl is over. He draws the attention of the Court to the copies of the evidence-in-chief and also to the crossexamination of the victim girl.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6364 of 2021 is dismissed.
