1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious and effective disposal of the proceeding under Section 125(3)/128 of the Criminal Procedure Code, being Misc. Execution No.233 of 2023 in c/w Misc. Case No.446 of 2019 arising out of proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code being Misc. Case No.71 of 2013.

2. It appears that the proceeding relates to the year 2019 and the execution is of the year 2023.

3. Considering the nature of the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

4. The revisional application is disposed with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Mis.Execution case, in accordance with law preferably within a period of (2)two months from the date of communication of this order.

5. CRR 2799 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
