It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits 86 kgs. of Ganja above commercial quantity was recovered from a vehicle. Petitioner was present in the vehicle. In view of the aforesaid incriminating facts and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
