Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for a student credit card for the purpose of getting student loan. However, the same was initially not processed due to certain technical errors. Upon such errors having been rectified in the meantime, the petitioner has applied by giving a representation to the respondent-authorities to consider her application expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the State, in his usual fairness, submits that there is no difficulty on the part of the respondent-authorities at present to process the said application of the petitioner. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 14615 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent-authorities to take a

decision on the application of the petitioner for obtaining student credit card as expeditiously as possible, positively within July 18, 2023.

Immediately upon such decision being taken, if the petitioner is considered to be entitled to the same, the due consequential procedure for issuing the card shall be taken up by the respondent-authorities expeditiously.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
