The present revisional application was filed challenging the proceedings being C. Case No.19431 of 2008 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Ms. Rituparna De Ghose, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the disputes have been settled with the complainant/opposite party. To that effect, she has received written instructions and, as such, does not intend to pursue with the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 2330 of 2009 is dismissed as not pressed.

Written instructions submitted by Ms. Rituparna De Ghose be kept with the record.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
