1. Learned counsel for the petitioner provided a copy of Memo and apprised the court that the State-level Scrutiny Committee has taken up the matter and the next date is fixed as August 1, 2025.

2. In the opinion of this court, once the Committee has taken up the matter as per the judgment of Supreme Court in Madhuri Patil vs. Addl. Commissioner, Tribal Development & Ors., we find no reason to keep this matter pending before this court.

3. If the person is aggrieved by the outcome of the case, he may file appropriate proceeding.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the appeal is disposed of.
