CAN 1 of 2025 is an application for modification and/or variation of the order of this court. According to the wife, the order has not been complied with and the maintenance as directed, has not been paid. This court had never directed that the maintenance as ordered, should be deducted from the salary. Thus, the communication of the employer of the husband has no bearing on the order and there is no question of modification.

If the wife is not being paid the amount, the wife has other remedies under the law.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
