Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of the information furnished by the present petitioner, Dholahat PS Case No.

of has been registered for investigation. The report also reflects that a counter-case have been

registered against the present petitioner.

Be that as it may since the police authorities have already taken steps, the petitioner's main grievance 'no case has been registered' is found not to be in consonance with the steps taken by the police authorities. The petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court for further remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14595 of 2025 is disposed of.
