Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Report is placed on record.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier and he does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who have been enlarged on bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
