Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner 25.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.62 Rakib submits that he is unable to have free egress and ingress to his property because of the wrongful obstruction of the respondent no.3.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS. As the issue relating to egress and ingress are to be first ascertained by the Civil Court then only the police authorities can assist to establish the right of the petitioner, I am of the view that the police authorities acted in consonance of the provisions of law. Police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS they would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14593 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
