This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 25th June, 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has more or less complied the said bail order but now he is facing inconvenience in reporting to the Officer-incharge of the Gaighata police station once in a fortnight and as such, he prays for relaxation of condition of bail. Learned counsel for the State placed a report dated 15.7.2025 wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions imposed by the said bail order.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties, let the bail order passed by this court vide order dated 25.6.2024 is hereby modified as follows:-

"the Petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station once in a month in place of once in a fortnight until further order".

The order dated 25.6.2024 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
