Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the injury report of the victim and the statement of the eye witness recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the statement of the victim. He submits that, the offending weapons were recovered from the house of the first petitioner.

The injured suffered grievous hurt.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3311 of 2022 is dismissed.
