... for the State This is a revision to challenge the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 1936 of 2014 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri. A police case being Malbazar Police Station Case No. 225 of 2014 dated 22nd April, 2014 has been started against the petitioner named herein under Sections 406/409 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Chatterjee learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present revision case, the petitioner has died, a photo copy of the certificate of death of the person is submitted in Court today. From the same it appears that the petitioner Bijoy Sharma has died on 15.06.2016. let the same be kept with the record. Considering the facts and circumstances, it is found that the present revision case is infructuous.

Hence, the same is dismissed as being infructuous. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
